1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/4 c butter
1 small carton sour cream or
1/2 c plain yogurt + 1/2 c ricotta cheese
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend all together. Place in a greased 9" x 13" pan and bake 1 hour @ 350º.
( 325º for glass pan)
