4 c flour
2 T sugar
1 t salt
1 3/4 c Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c cold water
1 T white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, sugar, and salt together.Cut in Crisco with pastry blender until crumbly and well blended. Add 1 egg, vinegar, and enough cold water to make a good dough--mix with a fork. Roll out in a circle to fit pie plate.
