2 stalks chopped celery
1/2 chopped onion
butter
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 chicken bouillon cubes
7 cups hot water (or broth from cooked chicken)
1/2 - 3/4 lb uncooked macaroni
1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 2 boneless chicken breast. Dissolve chicken bouillons in water (or broth). Add chopped cooked chicken. Add uncooked macaroni and cook. When noodles are done, add Velveeta Cheese.

Personal Notes:
Do not add the cheese until just before you are ready to eat soup. Also, you do not need to add any salt-- add pepper to taste, if desired. Simmer until ready to eat.
