2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
3 cubes butter or margarine
6 T. cocoa
1 c. water
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour cream
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
3-1/2 c. powdered sugar
2-3 c. mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, soda, and salt and set aside.
Put 2 cubes of butter, 3 T. of cocoa, and water in microwaveable dish. Cook on high for about 3 minutes, then add to the dry ingredients.
Combine the vanilla, buttermilk, and eggs and add to the other mixture. Pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º -
20-25 minutes for sheet pan, 40-45 minutes for 9x13 pan.
Combine 1 cube butter with 1/3 c. milk and 3 T. cocoa. Cook in microwave for about 3 minutes, then add nuts, powdered sugar, and mini marshmallows. Beat until well blended. Frost while cake is still warm .
