Ingredients:  
1 pork tenderloin
1 egg, beaten with 1/4 cup milk
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs mixed with 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 jar marinara sauce
sliced mozzarella cheese
angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Dip pork tenderloin into egg/milk and then roll into bread crumbs. Brown in oiled skillet over medium heat. Place tenderloin into 9x13 greased pan. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake covered with foil at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove foil and place sliced mozzarella on top of meat. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta.
