2 (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1-2 tbsp finely chopped sweet onion (opt)
1 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans, chopped parsley or shredded cheddar cheese.

This is delicious! You can use plain salt if you don't have Lawry's seasoning salt and you can use the pineapple in 100% juice instead of heavy syrup...but it is not as good.
