Squash Casserole Recipe

2 lbs squash (sliced)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup Pepperidge Farm dressing
1/2 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion until tender and drain. Season with salt to taste. Add soup and sour cream. Add cheese.

Place in 8 x 8 pyrex dish. Sprinkle additional cheese on top of squash mixture. Add Pepperidge Farm dressing. Sprinkle melted margarine over dressing. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes.
