4 Tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of ground pepper
1/2 cup fresh marjoram
1 tablespoon of cut garlic
1 quart of water
onion if wanted cut very fine
15 lbs of pork butt ground
3 lbs. of round steak ground

Directions:
Directions:
combine above ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hrs. put into casing. Freeze unused sausage until ready for use
You need 1 quart of water for every 15 lbs of sausage
