1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 can Hershey's syrup (16 oz)


Icing:

1 cup sugar
3/4 stick margarine
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix margarine and sugar well and then add eggs. Add flour, salt and baking powder, mix until smooth. Add chocolate syrup and vanilla. Bake in 9 x 13 pan (greased and floured). Bake 350º

Icing: Mix ingredients and boil 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and pour over cake when slightly cooled.
