1 cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 carton (15 oz) ricotta cheese
2 t vanilla
4 cups Flour
1 t salt
1 t baking soda

FROSTING:
1/4 c Butter softened
3-4 cups Confectioners' Sugar
1/2 t vanilla
3-4 T milk

Colored sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in ricotta and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture. Drop by rounded spoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake @ 350 º for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool and frost.
