1/4 lb ground turkey breast
1onion, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 can Artichoke hearts, chopped
11/2 cups fresh, sliced mushrooms
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 green, yellow or red pepper, diced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pizza crust ( can use whole wheat crust)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Bake pie crust for a few minutes before adding the toppings. Arrange the ingredients on top of partially baked crust. Top with mozarella cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-18 minutes.

Additional vegatables, such as squash, can also be added. I always use a 14-16oz. can of tomatoes. Pizza seems dry otherwise.
