1 lb. lean ground beef
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
4 carrots, peeled and cut into cubes
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Directions:
Directions:
Form ground beef in to four patties and place each patty on a piece of foil. Equally divide carrots and potatoes and place on top of beef patty. Sprinkle each with 1/4 of the soup mix. Fold foil around meat and vegetables and bake at 350ºF for about an hour. Serves 4.
