1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-4 cloves garlic, minced

Mix together all ingredients. Add meat of choice. Marinate in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
