2 large cans whole peeled tomatoes
1 large/med onion, quartered
3 fat sections of garlic
10-12 cilantro leaves (rinsed)
1/4 tsp cumin
4 tbsp white vinegar
4 med jalapeņos
Dash of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice off tomatoes into large bowl; set aside. Blend onions, garlic, cilantro, cumin, vinegar, jalapeņos and garlic salt. Pour into tomato juice. Put half can of tomatoes into blender; blend slightly; pour into juice. After all tomatoes blended stir well and pour into canning jars.
