3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 heaping tbsp shortening
1 1/2 cups warm milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder together with a fork. Then make a hole in the middle of the mixture. In the hole, put the shortening. Heat the milk up in the microwave just until warm (1 1/2 to 2 min) then pour into the mixture. Mix it up. Add flour and knead until mixture does not stick to your hands and you can form a ball. Then play with the dough some more (the longer the better). Pull dough apart into about 20 little balls. Roll these out into tortillas. Cook on hot (preferably cast iron) skillet on a medium temperature until done (on both sides).
