10 Ounces Japanese Udon Noodles
10 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
2 Pounds Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak, Cut into 1/4-Inch Strips
1 Cup Carrots, Sliced Thin
1 Cup Teriyaki Baste and Glaze
1/2 Cup Green Onions With Tops, Sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed on package; drain and cover to keep warm.

In non-stick skillet, heat 6 teaspoons of the oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef in oil until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

In the same skillet, heat remaining 4 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry carrots in oil 3-4 minutes, until crisp-tender. Stir in pasta, beef and teriyaki baste and glaze; toss until well blended. Sprinkle green onions on top.

If you can't find Japanese Udon noodles, you can use Chinese Wide Lo Mein Noodles, or angel hair pasta.
