1/2 lb cheddar cheese
1/2 lb gruyere - swiss cheese
1 cup dry wine
2 tsp water
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbl finely chopped jalapeno peppers
2 tsp finely grated garlic
1 tbl chopped fresh corriander leaves.

Directions:
Directions:
Cube cheese ( 4 cups). Put wine in earthenware dish or fondue pot. Bring to a boil, add cheese. Bring back to a boil until smooth. Blend water, cornstrach till smooth. When slightly thickened, stir in peppers, garlic and corriander. Serve hot & bubbling on tortilla chips or bits of crusty french bread.
