1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. flour
1 c. pecan pieces
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
Large container Cool Whip
2 reg size pkgs instant chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour, pecans. Mix well, press into 11x13 pan. Bake at 350º 20 min. Mix with mixer cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 c. Cool Whip. Spread on cool crust. Refrigerate while you mix pudding and milk using mixer or blender. Spread on top of first 2 layers. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
