1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 Tbls. flour
salt & pepper to taste
1 med. onion sliced
carrots chopped
celery chopped
10 oz. cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into serving pieces. Put meat, flour, and salt & pepper in a plastic bag or bowl.
Shake meat in plastic bag. Place onions on the bottom of crock-pot; add meat. Top with carrots and celery. Spread cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup on top. Cover and cook on low from 8 to 10 hrs. ( High 3 to 5 hrs. )
