1 Pound Ground Beef ( Lean )
1 Can Cream of Tomato Soup ( 14.5 Ounce )
1 1/2 Sleeve of Saltine Crackers ( Crushed )
1 Egg ( Large )
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Combine all the above ingredients in a fairly large mixing bowl.
Place the mixture in a baking pan. We use aluminum. Bake for 1 1/2 hour. Remove from oven, and let sit for 5 minutes and the remove from baking pan.
Serve warm .
