You will need:

Extra large skillet
1 lb barilla spaghetti or fettuccine
1.5 cup cream
1 cup grated parmesan
1 cup of chicken broth
3-4 strips bacon - diced
1 tblsp olive oil
2 tblsp butter
2 tomatoes - diced or sliced
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of tarragon (optional)
2 tblsp chopped parsley

Directions:

Large Skillet, start with:

Diced bacon, cook til browned
Add olive oil and butter
Add tomatoe
Add 1 tblsp parsley
Add a generous pinch of tarragon - saute
Add broth
Whisk together cream and grated cheese
Add to skillet
Simmer for couple minutes til cheese is melted
Add additional parsley or tarragon
Add in cooked pasta and toss over heat
