2 cans low sodium chicken broth
1 can evaporated milk
1 box (14.5oz) Barilla Plus elbow macaroni uncooked
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons cold butter cut into pieces
4 cups of your favorite sharp cheddar cheese (I use Tillamook extra sharp from Costco)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium size mixing bowl, add all ingredients except butter and cheese. Stir until flour has dissolved then add cut butter. Pour into a well sprayed 9X13 glass baking dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 16 minutes. Stir. Recover foil and Bake 16 minutes. Stir. Recover foil and bake for 10 minutes. Add cheese half at a time and stir. Add the remaining cheese. Keep stirring until all cheese has melted. I sometimes add extra cheese depending on how cheesy it looks.
