Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

˝ Finely chopped green bell pepper
˝ finely chopped sweet onion
1 can chicken broth
2 -3 medium size boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans healthy request cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz can of roasted garlic tomato sauce
1 lb. fusilli or other corkscrew type pasta
Grated sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium pot, cover chicken with chicken broth and water for boiling. Once chicken comes to a boil add 1 tbls chicken bouillon.
Remove cooked chicken and save chicken broth.
At the same time, sauté bell pepper and onion in large skillet with about 2 tbls of olive oil. Cook until done.
Add soup and tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cook pasta in boiling water for max time of 6 minutes. Drain and set to side.
Add chicken mixing well skillet mixture. Thin with 1 cup of strain reserved chicken broth. Mix thoroughly.
Allow to simmer on low for a few minutes. If still thick, add additional reserved chicken broth.
Spray 9X13 glass baking dish with Pam to prevent sticking. Add pasta spreading evenly in dish. Pour chicken sauce mixture over pasta mixing thoroughly to cover all pasta. If still thick, add more chicken broth as pasta is not fully cook and will soak up the sauce. Top with grated cheddar cheese, cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 or until bubbly.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until top is slightly brown. Serve with garlic bread.
