Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
pinch salt
1 stick butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 buttermilk or sour cream
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:

Cake:
Mix flour, sugar, salt in bowl. Bring to a boil: butter, water, oil and cocoa.
Add hot mixture to dry ingredients in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into well greased jelly roll pan (11 x 17).
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool.

Icing:
Bring to boil: butter, cocoa, mile; add powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla. Pour hot mixture onto cake.
