Fresh fish, catch of the day

Directions:
Heat oil in a electric fry pan to 375º. Salt and coat fish with seafood breader. Cook fish two minutes on each side.

Serve with Donna's coleslaw and cooked potatoes. This makes a great end to a day of fishing at Vandemere!
