1 cup cooked ham (minced)
1 stalk celery (minced)
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp pickle relish
1 Tbsp chili sauce
2 tsp dijon mustard
few drops of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.

Use for sandwiches, spread on cocktail bread or crackers, stuff celery or thin with milk and use as a dip with raw vegetables.
