1 loaf Rhodes frozen bread dough
2 cups shredded cheese
1 lb. breakfast sausage
6 eggs (scrambled)
Optional (peppers, onion, other veggies)

Directions:
Directions:
Allow bread to thaw overnight (refrigerator method). Cook and crumble sausage and set aside. Scramble eggs and set aside. Roll out the dough (about as long and wide as a cookie sheet). Sprinkle the cheese over the dough leaving approx 1 inch around the edge. Layer eggs, sausage and optional veggies. Fold edges up together pinching it shut. Place on greased baking sheet with the seam on the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
