Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion (chopped)
4 cups water
1 cup carrots (bite size)
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 cup zucchini (bite size)
1 cup mushrooms (chopped)
1 cup potatoes (bite size)
1 Tbsp BV gravy (Bovril is best)
1 - 28 oz can of tomatoes (cut up)
2 tsp salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onions until brown and tender. Add everything except tomatoes. Heat to boiling, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Chop up and add tomatoes and cook until vegetables are tender.

Any combination of vegetables works. We especially like parsnips.
