Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb italian sausage (casing removed)
1 cup carrots (sliced)
1 cup zucchini (sliced)
1 cup onion (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 cup corn
1 garlic clove (chopped)
2 1/2 cups water
4 - 14.5 oz cans beef broth
1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes/basil/garlic & oregano
1 cup small pasta shells (uncooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage over medium heat until brown - drain and return to pan. Add carrots, onion, celery and zucchini - cook for 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients (except pasta). Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are tender. Add pasta - cook until pasta is tender. Serve.

Cooked chicken, pork, etc. can be substituted for sausage.
