2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Spread batter in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. TOPPING: Mix the 1/2c brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Sprinkle over batter. Refrigerate 8 hrs or overnight.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until done.
