2 cups corn kernels (cooked)
1 1/4 cup flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg (separated)
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Beat egg yolk, milk and oil together. Add flour mixture. In separate bowl, beat egg white until stiff and fold into batter. Gently stir in corn. Drop by spoonful into hot oil. Turn once (about 5 minutes).
