Ingredients:  
2 - 3 lbs fish
1 can cream of shrimp soup
3/4 can water
1/4 can sherry
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp onion (minced)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Put fish in buttered 9 x 12 baking pan. Heat soup, water and wine. Add over fish and bake 375º for 20 minutes. Top with butter, onion, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and crackers. Bake 10 minutes more.

Serve over white rice.
