2 cans Mexicorn or Fiesta Corn, drained
1 can Rotel, semi-drained
1 cup Miracle Whip (8 oz.)
1 cup, sour cream (8 oz.)
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
chopped green onions, to taste
dash of black pepper to taste
dash of garlic powder to taste

Optional: jalapeno peppers, chopped

Mix ingredients and chill overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
