2-3 pounds of Tomitillos
6-8 radishes finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 bunch cilantro, stems removed
1 or 2 dried chili chopped or 1 tsp dried chili flakes
2 firm Avocado chopped
2 limes
salt and pepper

Directions:
Husk and rinse tomitillos. Boil until they are completely cooked, they will turn almost white. When they are done, cool and process in a blender. Prepare radishes, garlic, green oniln, clean cilantro, seperate leaves from stems. Soak and chop chilies, add more if you like it spicy. Chop Avocado. Pour tomitillo into a large bowl and add all the chopped ingredients stir and add juice from the 2 limes, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
