1lb. can of red salmon, drained and flaked
1/2c. Mayonnaise
1 can of cream of celery soup (low fat, low sodium)
1 egg, beaten
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery(opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Fold in all of the ingredients, being careful not to break up the salmon too much.
Bake in buttered loaf pan at 350º for 30 min. or until browned.
