1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water (110º)
1/2 c. luke warm milk (scalded and cooled)

3 1/2 to 4 c. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water with the sugar. Add all other ingredients with just 2 cups of flour and beat until smooth. Add enough of the rest of the flour to make dough easy to handle. Knead dough for about 5 minutes and place in greased bowl. Let rise until double in bulk. Roll dough to large circle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread generously with margarine, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over all and roll up jelly roll like. Then slice about 1/2 inch thick and place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise to double. Bake at 375º until lightly browned (20-25 minutes).
