8 oz. cream cheese
4 T. butter
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/3 c. milk
2 T. chives, chopped or green onions and parsley
1 tube crescent roll dough
2 T. melted butter
Bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Put cream cheese and butter in sauce pan; melt until smooth. In another bowl, mix chicken, salt and pepper, milk and chives. Add to melted cream cheese. Put mixture in baking dish. Roll out crescent roll dough and place on top of chicken mixture. Brush melted butter on top of dough and cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.
