2 bags romaine lettuce, torn
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pecans, toasted and chopped
1 1/2 oz. sunflower seeds
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 small white onion, finely minced
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 T. poppy seeds

Directions:
Arrange lettuce in serving bowl. Add cheese, pecans, sunflower seeds and strawberries. To make dressing, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and serve immediately.
