2 lbs hamburger
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 sleeve Saltine Crackers

Topping
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine hamburger, eggs and milk, mix well. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, mix well. Crush crackers and add to hamburger mixture. Grease a baking dish putting meatloaf in around the sides leaving the middle open.
Baker at 350º for 50 minutes.

While the meatloaf is baking mix the brown sugar, dry mustard and ketchup together mixing well.
Take meatloaf out of the oven when done, drain any grease. Add ketchup mixture to top and put back in oven for another 10 minutes.

I have made this for many years. Jamie use to come over to my house to eat when we lived in Phillipsburg. This was one of his favorite dishes when he was little.
