1 large (12 oz.) cream cheese
1 8 oz. chives and onion cream cheese
grated cheddar cheese (longhorn, etc.). Put in as much as you want.
green chili - put in as much as you want
2 T. garlic powder
pecan pieces-or any kind of nuts you like

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheeses, grated cheese, green chili and garlic powder in large bowl. Mix ingredients with your hands, making sure cheeses are well blended. Pretty messy, but it will be worth it.

Shape into balls or rolls and roll in pecans/nuts. Makes approximately 2 or 3 balls/logs.
