Standard package spaghetti noodles
10 oz Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
4 oz romano cheese, grated or shredded
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8 oz sliced black olives
4 tomatoes, roasted Naomi-style (incl. basil garlic, etc)
4 oz balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil noodles until al-dente, drain water, toss in vinegar and olive oil, and allow to cool.

2) Roast tomatoes per Naomi's recipe, except add olives. Once roasted, slice tomatoes instead of crushing.

3) Combine still hot sliced tomatoes and olives with noodles, vinegar and cheeses, tossing until evenly dispersed. Chill for one hour, then serve!
