2 small red peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons basil pesto
2 ounces provolone cheese, cut into 8 slices

Directions:
Directions:
1. Quarter sweet peppers lengthwise, remove seeds
and membranes. Brush outsides lightly with oil.
Spread pesto on insides, top with cheese.

2. Grill sweet peppers filled sides up on uncovered
grill directly over medium coals 5 to 7 minutes,
or until bottoms are slightly charred and
cheese is softened.
