Sauce:
2 tbsp.. Olive Oil
1 small onion largely cut up
2-3 cloves garlic largely cut up
1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
1 28oz can tomato paste
fill each can with water
2 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 hot Italian sausage cut into bite sized pieces
2-3 pork chops

Meatballs:
1 pound Hamburg
1 pound ground pork
2 egg's 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 small onion chopped up
1 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large pot and add onion and garlic. Brown but be careful not to burn. Remove onion and garlic from oil and dispose. Now add tomatoes tomato paste and water from each can. Stir until paste has dissolved. Add all spices listed. Add uncooked meat. Mix ingredients for meatballs in a large bowl and shape into balls, and add uncooked meatballs to sauce. Simmer on low for at least 2 hours, stirring every 20 mins.

I usually double the recipe for the sauce and meatballs. 1/2 off the meatball mixture I cook in the over and freeze separately to be used for meatball subs, for pizza toppings etc. Sauce freezes well too!
