2 lbs cubed beef or lamb
3 lbs okra (small size-frozen)
4 tbsp butter
4. Tbs oil
6 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
1 can tomato sauce (16 oz)
4 tbs tomato paste
1 lemon (juiced)
3 tbs pomegranate molasses
4 cups water
2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tsp dried coriander
1 tsp sugar
pinch of all-spice
pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
First, slightly brown the beef chunks with 2 tbs butter, oil Add salt and all of the dried seasonings on top of the meat. Stir, then add 4 cups of water over the meat. Cover and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender. Add more water if needed for the meat to cook through.
Stir in the tomato sauce, lemon juice, pomegranate, tomato paste and bring to a boil. Add the okra stir then cover it to cook on medium low heat. In a small pan heat up 2 tbsp of butter to slightly sauté the garlic and chopped cilantro. Lastly, pour it over the pot of okra stir and lower the heat to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot, over white rice.
