3/4 c. all purpose Flour
3/4 c. Quick cooking oats
1 c. Chopped Nuts
1/2 c. Butter, softened
1 Small box butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix (not instant)
FILLING:
2 Eggs
1 c. Flaked or shredded coconut (Optional)
1 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
2 c. Canned pumpkin
14 oz Can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl mix all crust ingredients until well combined. Press mixture in bottom of ungreased rectangular baking pan. In same bowl beat eggs. Stir in all remaining filling ingredients until blended then pour over crust. Bake 40 minutes then cool completely and cut into squares. Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
