Ingredients:  
1 cube softened margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1 T. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 T. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine & sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, & vanilla. Combine dry ingredients & add to sugar mixture. Pour into greased 15 x 10 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 min. Cool, then frost or eat plain.

You can add applesauce instead of margarine and eggs for a healthy twist.
