1 c. granulated sugar

1/4 c. each:
Seasoned salt
Paprika
Barbeque spice
Garlic salt

2 T each:
onion salt
celery salt
chili seasoning or powder
black pepper
lemon pepper

1 T ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper

Directions:

Mix all together and store in an airtight container. Feel free to omit or substitute any spices you don't have on hand. Rub on meat or poultry before grilling.

I cut this recipe in half the first time I made it because it makes over 2 cups. Now I make the whole thing and it's enough for several meals of barbeque. We especially like it on pork steak.
