White bread slices with crusts cut off
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans green chili peppers
2 cups grated Jack cheese
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp.salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased casserole dish, lay bread slices, add 1/2 can corn, cover with 1 can green chili peppers, then top with 1/2 the grated Jack cheese. Repeat these layers once. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper, and pour over all. Put in refrigerator at least 4 hours, or overnight. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
