1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. water
4 lg. eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnut

Icing:
4 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz.
2 tsp. milk
2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except coconut and walnuts. Beat 4 minutes. Then stir in coconut and walnuts. Use (3) 8 inch round pans, greased, and floured. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

Icing:
Brown coconut in 2 Tbsp. of butter. Cream together cream cheese and remaining butter. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar and browned coconut. Frost between layers, top, and around sides.
