2 cups wheat, soaked overnight in cold water
2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 small can chopped olives

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer soaked wheat for 1 hour or so and drain, saving 1/4 cup water. Brown beef, onion and green pepper. Add to wheat. Add rest of ingredients to wheat, mix and stir well. Simmer 30-45 minutes.
